Deep due diligence on the venture. A customized, milestone-based work plan is co-created with each founding team, designed to make them investor ready.
Based on the work plan, structured programming, mentorship, and technical assistance are delivered over an intensive program period.
Evaluation of progress against milestones. Honest feedback sessions with advisors, mentors, and program staff.
Post-program support, capital introductions, and ongoing connection to the 2681 CORE network for alumni founders.
